This year, we are pleased to celebrate our thirteenth year producing log book stamps for divers throughout the global diving community.
It all began back in 1993 with our initial diver training. Once we were certified, we started diving a lot and enjoyed recording our diving experiences in our log books. What was missing were high quality stamps that would give our log books a fun and personal touch. Anyway, our search for the better log book stamp got complicated and expensive as we began to realize that traditional manufacturing techniques were inadequate since we wanted to have clean and very small stamp marks in our log books. Until late 1997 our stamps were still manufactured traditionally on a vulcanizing press.
Then it all changed. Our new gravure power laser Pro came into existence!
In January 1998 StampEx started a new era of stamp production. We are the first European motif stamp manufacturer producing all stamp plates on a state of the art laser gravure plant that produces qualitatively unsurpassed results, a class of its own!
And what does the future hold for StampEx? Well, in addition to providing each and every one of our customers with the finest stamps and best available customer service wherever they may be located around the world, we are always working on new designs.
